What type of a gift card is this?

The Superbloom Gift Card is a digital gift card. This card is not available as a physical, plastic card.

How will this gift card be delivered?

In the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, you can select Email to Recipient or Email to You:

Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.
Email to You - The purchaser will receive an email with a printable .pdf of the gift card.

How do I redeem a gift card?

After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If their order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, they can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

Can I return a gift card?

Superbloom gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift card.
